Use global search with Ctrl+/
From any screen in Zoho CRM, press Ctrl+/ (on Mac: Cmd+/) to open the global search bar. You can also click the magnifying glass icon (🔍) in the top navigation bar. This is the fastest method to find any record in Zoho CRM.
Type the lead's name
In the global search bar, type 'John García'. As you type, Zoho CRM will show real-time suggestions of matching records across all modules: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals. Results appear without needing to press Enter.
Filter results by the 'Leads' module
In the global search results, you'll see records from different modules. If there are multiple 'John García' entries, look for the icon or label indicating the module: leads have the person-with-question-mark icon or the 'Lead' label. Click on the correct result from the Leads module.
Alternative: go directly to the Leads module
If you prefer to search within the Leads module, click 'Leads' in the top navigation bar of Zoho CRM. If it doesn't appear directly, click the modules icon (four squares) to see all modules and select 'Leads'.

Open the lead record to see all information
