Requirements

  1. Log in to Zoho CRM

    Go to crm.zoho.com and enter your credentials. Complete the two-step verification if enabled on your account.

  2. Open the Reports module

  3. Select 'Activities' as the base module

    On the Reports screen, click '+ Create Report'. In the module selector, choose 'Activities' (or 'Meetings' if you only want meetings) and click 'Next'.

    In the 'Columns' section, add the fields: Activity Owner (agent), Subject, Activity Type, Start Date/Time, Status. Drag fields from the left panel into the columns area.

    In the 'Criteria' section, click '+ Add Condition'. Select the 'Start Date' field, choose the operator 'Is This Week' (or 'between' with the current week's start and end dates). Click 'Add'.

    In the 'Group By' section, drag 'Activity Owner' first and then 'Start Date' (grouped by day). This organizes the report by agent and by day of the week.

  8. Save and name the report
