Requirements

Go to the Reports tab
In Salesforce's top navigation bar, click 'Reports'. If it doesn't appear in the bar, click the grid icon (App Launcher), type 'Reports', and select it from the list.
Create a new report
Click the 'New Report' button in the upper right corner of the Reports page. The report type selector will open.
Select the 'Activities with Events' report type

Apply the 'This Week' date filter
In the left filter panel, find the 'Date' or 'Activity Date' filter. Click it and set the range to 'This Week'. This will limit the report to events in the current week.
Group rows by 'Start Date'
In the 'Group Rows' section of the left panel, click 'Add group' and select 'Start Date'. This will group appointments by day of the week, making the report easier to read.
Add the Owner, Account, and Status columns
In the columns panel, click 'Add column' and add the fields 'Event Owner' (responsible agent), 'Account Name' (associated account), and 'Status' (appointment status). You can drag columns to reorder them.
Run the report
Click the 'Run' button in the upper right of the Report Builder. Salesforce will generate the report with current data and show this week's appointments grouped by day.
Save the report
Click 'Save & Run', assign a name like 'Weekly Appointments', select the folder to save it in (for example 'My Reports' or a shared team folder), and click 'Save'.
Schedule or export the report
To receive the report automatically, click 'Subscribe', enter the email address and frequency (weekly, Mondays at 8 AM). To export it, click the dropdown next to 'Run' and select 'Export' in Excel or CSV format.
