Requirements

Log in to Pipedrive
Go to app.pipedrive.com with your credentials. Make sure your account has the LeadBooster add-on active.
Go to LeadBooster in the sidebar
In the left sidebar, find and click 'LeadBooster'. If it doesn't appear, the add-on is not activated on your account.
Select the Chatbot section
Inside LeadBooster, click 'Chatbot'. You will see the list of chatbots configured in your account with their status (active/paused).
Open the chatbot you want to edit
Click the chatbot name or the 'Edit' button next to it. This will open the visual conversation flow builder.
Navigate through the flow to the node you want to edit
The builder shows the complete bot flow as a diagram. Scroll to the node that contains the response you want to modify. For example, look for the 'Pricing questions' or 'Pricing' node.
Click the node to edit it
Click the node block you want to edit. A side panel or dialog will open with the node properties, including the response text or question.
Modify the response text
In the node text field, delete the current text and write the new response. You can use personalization variables like {person_name} if the bot collects the visitor's name.
Save the node changes
Click 'Save' or 'Done' in the node panel to save the changes. The node will update in the diagram with the new text.
Review the full flow before publishing
Walk through the complete chatbot flow to verify the change is coherent with the rest of the conversation. Use the 'Preview' function if available to simulate a test conversation.
Publish the updated chatbot
Click the 'Publish' or 'Save & Publish' button at the top of the builder. This step is required for the changes to be reflected in the active chatbot on your website.
