  1. Purchase the LeadBooster add-on

    Go to Settings > Billing > Add-ons and look for 'LeadBooster'. Click 'Add to plan' and complete the payment process. The cost is $32.50/company/month (annual) or $39/company/month (monthly). Once activated, the LeadBooster section will appear in the sidebar.

  2. Access LeadBooster > Chatbot

    In the left sidebar, click 'LeadBooster'. Inside LeadBooster, select the 'Chatbot' tab. You'll see the list of existing chatbots (if any) and the button to create a new one.

    Click '+ Add Chatbot' or 'Create chatbot'. The visual conversation flow builder will open. Pipedrive uses a node system where each node represents a message or a question from the chatbot.

    Click the 'View pricing' button to create its branch. Add a text node with pricing information. If you have multiple plans or products, use another options node so the visitor can select the one they're interested in. End the branch with a qualification question or a contact form.

    Repeat the process for each button in the main menu. Each branch should have at least 2-3 response nodes. For services, briefly describe each service. For the buying process, explain the steps clearly. Make sure each branch ends with a call to action: contact form, calendar link, or agent handoff.

    Add 'Ask for email', 'Ask for name', and 'Ask for phone' nodes at the point where the visitor shows interest in purchasing or speaking with sales.   9. Configure the chatbot appearance

    In the chatbot settings tab (paint brush icon), customize: bot name, profile picture or avatar, colors (primary and secondary), screen position (bottom right or left corner), and language. Make sure the colors match your website's visual identity.

    Go to the 'Installation' or 'Install' tab within the chatbot settings. Copy the JavaScript snippet that Pipedrive generates. Paste it before the closing </body> tag in your site's HTML, or add it as a custom tag in Google Tag Manager. Once installed, the chatbot will appear on your site. Verify in incognito mode that it works correctly.
