Requirements

Log in to Monday CRM
Go to monday.com and enter your credentials. Make sure you have access to your CRM workspace.
Access the Docs section
In the left sidebar, look for the Docs icon (it looks like a sheet of paper). If you don't see it, click 'More' to expand the navigation menu.
Create a new Doc
Click the '+ New Doc' button at the top of the Docs panel. A new blank document will open in the workdocs editor.
Give the document a title
Click the 'Untitled' field at the top of the Doc and type a descriptive name, such as 'Information about our services'. This title will appear in the Docs list.
Write or paste the information
Click in the document body and type or paste the information you want to store. You can use rich text formatting: headings, lists, bold, and tables to organize the content.
Link the Doc to a CRM board
Click the 'Connect to board' button or use the options menu (⋯) to link the document to your main CRM board. This helps the team find the information contextually.
Configure access permissions
Click 'Share' in the upper right corner. Define who can view and edit the document: just you, your team, or the entire organization. Select the appropriate option and confirm.
Save and verify the document
Monday saves changes automatically, but verify that the doc appears in the Docs section of the sidebar panel. Copy the doc link to share with your team if needed.
