Requirements
- ·Monday CRM does not have a native knowledge base. Information is stored in Monday Docs or dedicated boards.

Log in to Monday CRM
Go to monday.com and enter your credentials to access your workspace.
Access the Docs section
In the left sidebar, click the Docs icon to see the list of documents in your workspace.
Locate the document or information to delete
Search for the doc by name in the list or use global search (Ctrl+K). If the information is in a KB board, navigate to that board and locate the corresponding item.
Decide whether to delete the entire Doc or just part of the content
