HubSpot vs Teeo

How to make a daily appointments report

Generating a daily appointments report in HubSpot requires navigating to the Reports section, creating a custom report filtered by today's meetings, and exporting or saving it to a dashboard. The process takes 15 to 20 minutes the first time and requires Sales Hub to access Meetings data. In Teeo, you request the report and receive it instantly.

Frequently asked questions

Can I view today's appointments directly from HubSpot's calendar?

Yes. In HubSpot you can go to Sales > Meetings to see a list of scheduled meetings. You can also connect your Google Calendar or Outlook with HubSpot to see all appointments in one place. However, this view is not an exportable report with advanced filters.

Does HubSpot allow scheduling automatic daily appointment reports?

Yes, with Reports on paid plans you can schedule automatic report delivery by email at regular intervals (daily, weekly, monthly). To do this, go to the saved report, click the three dots, and select 'Schedule report delivery'.

Do HubSpot reports include appointments from all team agents?

By default, reports show all meetings if you have the corresponding permissions. You can filter by 'Meeting owner' to see only one specific agent's appointments, or leave the filter open to see the whole team's appointments.
