How to make a daily appointments report
To view the daily appointments report in Freshsales you must go to the Reports module, select Activity Reports, configure the activity type as 'Appointment', and apply a date filter for the current day. The system generates the view with records, but exporting or customizing the view requires additional steps.

How to make a daily appointments report in Freshsales: step by step
Requirements
- ·Activity reports in Freshsales are available on all plans, but advanced column customization and exports may require the Growth plan or higher.
- ·'Appointments' in Freshsales are scheduled meeting-type activities. They must have been logged in the CRM to appear in the report.
- ·The report only shows appointments logged in Freshsales; appointments scheduled through other means (Google Calendar, Outlook) only appear if they have been synced with the CRM.
- ·To view appointments for all team agents you need administrator or team view permissions.
Go to the Reports module
In the left sidebar of Freshsales, click the 'Reports' icon (bar chart). The reports panel will open with the available categories.
Select Activity Reports
On the Reports screen, locate the 'Sales Activity Reports' or 'Activity Reports' section and click it. You'll see a list of predefined reports related to team activities.
Open the activity report
Click 'Activity Summary' or 'Activity Details Report' (depending on whether you want an aggregated summary or a complete list of individual activities). To see each appointment with its details, select 'Activity Details'.
Filter by activity type: Appointment
In the report filter panel, find the 'Activity Type' field. Click the dropdown and select only 'Appointment' to filter meeting/appointment activities and exclude calls, tasks, and emails.
Apply the date filter for today
Locate the date field (usually 'Date Range' or 'Activity Date'). Click the selector and choose 'Today' from the quick options, or manually select the current date in the start and end calendar.
Select the team or agent
If you have administrator permissions, you'll see an 'Owner' or 'Team' filter. To see appointments for the entire team, select 'All Users' or leave the field unfiltered. If you only need your own appointments, select your name in the Owner field.
Apply filters and generate the report
Click 'Apply' or 'Run Report' to generate the report with the configured filters. Freshsales will display the list of today's appointments with columns for contact, start time, duration, owner, and status.
Export the report if needed
If you need to share the report, click the 'Export' button (download icon) in the top-right corner. Select the format: CSV or XLS. The file will automatically download to your device.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Freshsales appointments report include meetings scheduled in Google Calendar?
Only if you have the Google Calendar integration with Freshsales active and the meetings have been synced to the CRM. Meetings created directly in Google Calendar without syncing do not appear in Freshsales activity reports.
Can I schedule the appointments report to be sent automatically by email?
Yes. On some Freshsales plans you can configure scheduled reports. In the report view, look for the 'Schedule Report' or 'Email Report' option to set up automatic daily, weekly, or monthly delivery to the email addresses you specify.
Why can't I see my agents' appointments in the report?
Activity reports for other agents require administrator or team view permissions. If your Freshsales role is standard agent, by default you'll only see your own activities. Contact your administrator to adjust the visibility permissions for your role.
