  1. Open Google Calendar in a new tab

    Go to calendar.google.com in your browser. Make sure you are logged in with the same Google account that is synced with your Freshsales.

  2. Navigate to next Monday

    Use the navigation arrows to go to the week of next Monday. You can use the 'Month' view to quickly identify the exact date of next Monday.

  3. Create an all-day event

    Click on the next Monday space in the 'All day' row at the top of the weekly view. The quick event creation form will open.

  4. Write the block title

    In the title field type 'Not available' or 'Blocked - No meetings'. Click 'More options' to access the full event configuration form.

  5. Confirm it is an all-day event

    In the full form, verify that the 'All day' checkbox is ticked. Confirm that the start and end dates correspond to next Monday.

  6. Set the status to 'Busy'

    Find the status field (usually shows 'Busy' by default) and confirm it is set to 'Busy'. This adjustment is essential: if the event is set to 'Free', Freshsales will not treat it as a block.

  7. Save the event

    Click 'Save'. The all-day block event is registered in Google Calendar. Synchronization with Freshsales will begin automatically.

  8. Wait for sync with Freshsales

    Return to Freshsales and wait 5 to 10 minutes for the calendar to synchronize. You can go to Profile Settings > Calendar to check that the last sync timestamp is up to date.

  9. Verify Monday is blocked on the booking link

    Open your Meeting Scheduler link in an incognito window as if you were a prospect. Navigate to next Monday and confirm it appears as unavailable (the day should be grayed out or not selectable in the booking calendar).
