Microsoft Dynamics 365 vs Teeo

How to create a calendar

Dynamics 365 does not have a standalone "create calendar" feature like a scheduling tool. Availability is managed through Outlook Calendar (synced with Dynamics 365) or the Activities Calendar view. This process requires setting up Outlook synchronization and adjusting permissions in the Microsoft 365 admin portal.

Frequently asked questions

Does Dynamics 365 have a scheduling link like Calendly?

Not directly. To have an external booking link you need Microsoft Bookings, a separate tool included in some Microsoft 365 plans. Dynamics 365 alone only shows internal activities and appointments.

How long does it take for Outlook calendar to sync with Dynamics 365?

The initial sync can take between 5 and 15 minutes after enabling server-side synchronization. Subsequent changes sync approximately every 15 minutes.

Can I view other team members' calendars in Dynamics 365?

Yes, if you have the correct permissions. In the Activities calendar view, you can use the user selector to see other team members' appointments, as long as you have an admin role or read permissions on their records.
