Requirements

  1. Log in to Copper

    Go to app.copper.com and sign in with your linked Google Workspace account. Copper requires Google authentication to function.

  2. Navigate to the Reports section

    In the left sidebar, click 'Reports'. Here you will find all pre-built reports and the option to create custom reports.

  3. Select 'Activity Report'

    Inside Reports, find and click 'Activity Report'. This report covers all activities logged in Copper, including calls, emails, and meetings.

  4. Filter by activity type 'Meeting'

    In the filters panel, find the 'Activity Type' field and select 'Meeting'. This excludes calls, emails, and other activities that are not appointments or meetings.

  5. Set the date range to the current week

    Click the Date Range selector and choose 'This Week'. Copper will automatically calculate the range from Monday to Sunday of the current week.

  6. Group results by user

    Find the 'Group By' option and select 'Assignee' or 'User' to see the breakdown of appointments per team agent. You can also select 'Date' to see the daily distribution.

  7. Review the data in the results table

    Verify the table shows the relevant columns: activity name, date, status (completed / pending), associated contact, and responsible agent. Use the column selector to adjust the view if needed.

  8. Apply additional filters if needed

    If you need to filter by a specific agent or pipeline, use the additional filters available in the right panel. This is useful if the team manages multiple pipelines with different owners.

  9. Export the report

    Click the 'Export' button or the download icon to get the report in CSV format. On the Business plan you can also save the report as a custom dashboard for recurring access.
