How to make a daily appointments report
Copper CRM logs activities (calls, meetings, appointments) in the Activities module, which syncs with Google Calendar when the integration is active. To get a daily appointments report, you filter activities by date in the Reports section. Reporting options are more advanced on the Business plan. In Teeo, you request the report and receive it immediately with all the details.
How to do it in Teeo
“Give me today's appointments report”
You receive the complete report with all today's appointments: client, time, channel, and assigned agent.

Log in to Copper CRM
Go to app.copper.com and log in with your Google Workspace account linked to Copper. Make sure you're using the correct account if you have several. The main dashboard will load showing your pipeline and recent activity.
Navigate to the Reports section
In the left sidebar, click the 'Reports' icon (bar chart). The Copper reports section will open. You'll see several predefined report categories: Activity, Pipeline, Goals, and others.
Select the Activity Report
Within Reports, click 'Activity Report'. This report shows all activities logged in Copper, including meetings, calls, and appointments, filtered by time period and activity type.
Filter by date: select 'Today'
At the top of the Activity Report, locate the date filter (usually a date range selector or dropdown). Select 'Today' to view only today's activities. If there is no predefined 'Today' option, manually select the date range by entering today's date as both start and end.
Filter by activity type: Meeting
If the report shows all activity types (calls, emails, tasks, meetings), add an additional filter by type. Find the 'Activity Type' filter and select 'Meeting' to show only today's appointments. Apply the filter.
Review the report columns
The report will display filtered activities with columns such as: related contact or company name, activity type, date and time, assigned to (the sales rep), and status. Verify that all relevant columns are visible; if not, look for the 'Customize columns' option to add or remove columns.
Complement the report with Google Calendar
Since Copper syncs activities with Google Calendar (if the integration is active), open calendar.google.com in another tab to see today's day view. Google Calendar may show additional meeting details not visible in Copper, such as the full description, external participants, and video call links.
Export or share the report
To share the report with your team or save it, find the 'Export' button at the top of the report. Copper allows exporting data as CSV or Excel. Open the exported file in Google Sheets to format it and distribute it easily among team members.
Frequently asked questions
Does Copper CRM automatically sync appointments with Google Calendar?
Yes, as long as you've activated the Google Calendar integration in Copper. When you create a 'Meeting' activity in Copper and assign a date and time, it automatically syncs with the Google Calendar of the linked account. You can also see in Copper meetings created directly in Google Calendar.
Can I schedule the daily appointments report to arrive automatically by email?
Not directly from Copper. There is no 'scheduled reports' email feature in Copper. To automate the daily report delivery, you'd need to configure a Zap in Zapier that extracts Activity data from Copper each morning and sends it via Gmail. This is an additional configuration that requires time and a paid Zapier plan.
Which Copper plan includes activity reports with advanced filters?
Basic activity reports are available on all Copper plans. However, custom dashboards, granular filters by multiple simultaneous criteria, and advanced data export are primarily available on Professional (~$59/user/month) and Business (~$119/user/month) plans.
