How to delete stages from my pipeline
Deleting stages (Statuses) from the pipeline in Close CRM requires administrator permissions and access to Settings > Pipelines. Before deleting, you must reassign leads currently in that stage to avoid losing data. The process takes 10 to 15 minutes. Requirements

Log in to Close CRM as an administrator
Go to app.close.com and enter your credentials. You need an administrator role to modify pipeline configuration.
Verify how many leads are in the stage to delete
Before deleting, go to the Leads module and filter by the status 'Proposal Sent'. Note how many leads are in this stage to determine if you need to reassign them.
Reassign leads from the stage to delete
If there are leads in 'Proposal Sent', select them all and change their status to an appropriate stage (like 'Negotiation' or 'Follow-up'). This is important to avoid losing history.
Access Settings
Click your name or avatar in the upper right corner and select 'Settings'.
Navigate to Pipelines
In the left sidebar of Settings, click 'Pipelines'. Select the pipeline containing the stage to delete.
Locate the 'Proposal Sent' status
Inside the pipeline, find the 'Proposal Sent' status in the stages list.
Delete the status
Hover over the status to see the action options. Click the delete icon (trash or X) next to the status. Close will show a confirmation dialog.
Confirm the deletion and save
Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog. Click 'Save' to save the pipeline changes. The status will be permanently deleted.
