  1. Log in to Bitrix24

    Go to your Bitrix24 domain and enter your credentials. Make sure you have access to the CRM module.

  2. Option A: Use global search

    Click the magnifying glass icon (🔍) located in Bitrix24's top bar. A global search field will open. Type 'John García' and press Enter. Results will show matches from all entities: leads, contacts, companies, deals, and more.

  3. Filter results by Lead type

    In the global search results, look for the 'CRM' section or use filter tabs to show only 'Leads'. Click on the result corresponding to John García to open his record.
