Requirements
- ·Appointments and meetings in Bitrix24 are recorded as 'Activities' in the CRM. The report can be obtained from CRM > Analytics > CRM Analytics or from the Calendar module.
- ·Bitrix24 differentiates between CRM activities (calls, emails, appointments linked to leads/deals) and general Calendar events. For a complete daily appointments report you must check both modules.
- ·The CRM > Reports module allows creating custom reports and saving them for recurring use. If you need this report daily, you can save it as a template to avoid repeating the setup process.
Log in to Bitrix24
Go to your Bitrix24 domain and enter your credentials. Make sure you have CRM report viewing permissions. Users without administrator permissions may have limited access to other agents' reports.
Access the CRM module
In the left navigation sidebar, click 'CRM'. The customer management module will open where you can access Analytics and Reports.
Navigate to CRM > Analytics
Inside CRM, look for the 'Analytics' option in the top menu. Click to access the CRM analytics module where activity and conversion reports are located.
Select CRM Analytics or Activity Report
In the Analytics section, look for the 'Activity Report' option. You may also find it as 'Work Efficiency'. This report shows CRM activities including appointments, calls, and emails.
Apply today's date filter
At the top of the report, find the date range selector. Click and select 'Today' from the predefined options. If there's no predefined option, manually enter the start and end date for the current day.
Filter by activity type: Appointments
In the additional filters, find the 'Activity Type' field. Select 'Meeting' or 'Appointment' to filter only today's appointments. If you also need to include scheduled calls, additionally select 'Call'.
Apply the filter and review results
Click 'Apply' to run the filter. The report will show the list of today's appointments with information such as client name, time, assigned agent, and appointment status (pending, completed, cancelled).
Also check the Calendar module
For a complete report, also access the 'Calendar' module from the sidebar. Switch to 'Day' view to see all appointments for the day from all users (if you have permissions). This captures events that may not be linked to the CRM.
Export the report
If you need to share the report, look for the 'Export' button in the Analytics view. You can export to Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. The downloaded file will include all appointments with their details: client, time, agent, channel, and status.
Frequently asked questions
Where are the activity reports in Bitrix24?
CRM activity reports are in CRM > Analytics > Activity Report or Work Efficiency. To see general calendar appointments (not linked to CRM), you need to go to the Calendar module and use the day view. Administrators can see all users' activities; regular agents only see their own.
Can I schedule the daily appointments report to arrive automatically in Bitrix24?
Yes, but it requires additional setup. You can use CRM Automation > Business Processes to create a process that runs daily at a specific time and sends the report via email or internal message. Alternatively, you can use the scheduled reports feature if available on your plan.
Does Bitrix24's appointments report show appointments from all agents or just mine?
It depends on your permissions. Administrators and managers with CRM permissions can see all users' activities. Agents without special permissions can only see their own appointments. To see appointments from all agents you need the CRM administrator role or specific 'View all activities' permissions.
