Requirements

  • ·Only Bitrix24 administrators can delete pipeline stages.
  • ·System stages ('New', 'Won', 'Lost') cannot be deleted. Only custom stages can be removed.
  • ·If there are deals in the stage to be deleted, Bitrix24 will ask you to move them to another stage before confirming the deletion.
  1. Log in as administrator in Bitrix24

    Go to your Bitrix24 portal and log in with an account that has CRM administrator permissions. Without these permissions the option to delete stages will not be available.

  2. Access the CRM module

    In the left-side navigation bar, click 'CRM' to open the main module.

  3. Open CRM Settings

    Inside CRM, click 'Settings' in the side menu or the gear icon. The CRM settings panel will open.

  4. Navigate to Deal Stages or Pipelines

    Inside Settings, click 'Deal Stages' for the default pipeline, or 'Pipelines' if you have multiple and want to edit a specific one. The full list of configured stages will be displayed.

  5. Select the correct pipeline

    If you have multiple pipelines, select the sales pipeline that contains the 'Proposal Sent' stage you want to delete.

  6. Locate the stage and click the delete icon

    In the stages list, find 'Proposal Sent'. Click the trash icon or the 'Delete' button that appears when hovering over the stage. System stages will not have this icon available.

  7. Reassign deals if they exist in that stage

    If there are deals in the 'Proposal Sent' stage, Bitrix24 will show a dialog asking you to choose a destination stage to move them to. Select the appropriate stage from the dropdown and confirm the reassignment.

  8. Confirm the stage deletion

    Click 'Delete' or 'Confirm' in the confirmation dialog. The stage will be permanently removed from the pipeline. Verify it no longer appears in the stages list.
